Joel Blackburn

Joel is an Art Education Major here at the University of Arkansas. Joel fishes with his brother, Jared. The brothers have recently purchased there first boat and plan on dominating the qualifier club tournaments. Joel also works at Lowe's Home Improvement Store between class and fishing. When asked what bait he prefers to use Joel replied "Whatever they are biting."
